The APPEAL of Briohn Building Corporation for a dimensional variance from Section 22.37(7)(a) of the zoning code. If granted, the variance will allow a building which was built at 2301 Bluemound Rd. with a setback of 29.3 feet from the property line facing Parklawn Drive to remain, when there shall be a minimum street yard setback of 50 feet from the right of way of all streets.
