The APPEAL of Sheldon Synstad for a dimensional variance from Section 22.58(2)(a)(1) of the zoning code. If granted, the variance will allow construction of a new garage at 828 N. Greenfield Ave., with a length of 24 feet and a setback of 1 foot from the property boundary, when garages shall be located so the foundation is not closer than 5 feet to a lot line.
