Brain Engelking, Transit Manager, reported that the Southeastern Wisconsin Regional  
Planning Commission (SEWPRC) has agreed to conduct a study for free on Waukesha  
Metro to see if current structure is the most effective and cost efficient. Waukesha  
Metro has been around for 44 years and has not been studied.

A motion was made that the meeting be adjourned. The motion carried  
unanimously.
