A motion was made by Alderman Eileen Micklitz, seconded by Alderman Jim  
Evert to approve the Minutes of March 2, 2026. The motion carried by the  
following vote:

5. Discussion and Recommendation re:  
A.  
Review and act on the Street Closing & Special Event Permit for Municipal  
Lot No. 3 for BB’s on Main.  
A motion was made by Alderman Elizabeth Moltzan, seconded by Alderman Jim  
Evert to grant the Street Closing and Special Event Permit for Municipal Lot No. 3  
for BB’s on Main. The motion carried by the following vote:

Review and possible action on removing the street light on Windsor Place  
between Winterberry Drive and Maple Way North.  
A motion was made by Alderman Eileen Micklitz, seconded by Alderman Jim  
Evert to remove the street light on Windsor Place between Winterberry Drive and  
Maple Way North. The motion carried by the following vote:  
4 - Elizabeth Moltzan, Eileen Micklitz, Jim Evert and Steve Van Trieste

Review and possible action on installing the sign "Right Lane Must Turn  
Right Except for Metro Transit Buses" for northbound Delafield Street at  
West Moreland Boulevard.  
A motion was made by Alderman Steve Van Trieste, seconded by Alderman Jim  
Evert to install the sign "Right Lane Must Turn Right Except for Metro Transit  
Buses" for northbound Delafield Street at West Moreland Boulevard. The motion  
carried by the following vote:
