College Ave. Review a request to replace the wood siding (College  
Avenue Historic District).  
A motion was made by Member Marty Larson, seconded by Member Carmen De  
La Paz, that this item be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

Larson, that this item be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

Alderman Chrisien noted the rotating City Hall art installations, the regular updates

Staff provided an update on the condition of the Springs sites following heavy rains in  
August.
