3. Approval of meeting Minutes  
A motion was made by Reinhart, seconded by Farrell, that the Minutes from the  
January 27, 2025 meeting be approved. The motion carried unanimously.  
4. New Business  
ID#25-00098 Artist Presentation: Robin Jebavy  
ID#25-00099 Action/Discussion Regarding Consideration of Artist Proposals  
A motion was made by Nelson, seconded by Farrell, to recommend to the Library  
Board that Still LIfe with Melon and Grapes by Jill Bedford be added to the  
Library collection at a cost of $980 provided the artist can meet necessary  
parameters. The motion carried unanimously.  
A motion was made by Reinhart, seconded by Farrell to add Set Table Amber by  
Robin Jebavy to the public art collection contingent on funding. The motion  
carried unanimously.  
ID#25-00100 Discussion: Fundraising  
Following a discussion of fundraising strategies a motion was made by Reinhart,  
seconded by Francoeur, to invite Chris Fenner to rejoin the Committee. The  
motion carried unanimously.
