this the proposed 2026 Sanitary Sewer Rates be recommended for Council  
Consent. The motion carried by the following vote:

The Board of Public Works recommends that the low bid from Kemira  
Water Solutions, Inc., for their ferric chloride product Kemira PIX-311 in the  
amount of $2,891.00/dry ton delivered, and the ferric alternate product  
Kemira PIX-312 in the amount of $2,999.00/dry ton delivered, be awarded.

the Change Order No. 1 with J. F. Ahern, Co., for the Clean Water Plant Phase 3  
project be recommended for Council Consent. The motion carried by the  
following vote:

Director Damien reported that the leaf pick up is going well. The crews have been  
collecting a lot of very heavy leaves. Thanks to the City Garage crews, as well as the  
Water Utility and Park Recreation Forestry crews that have been assisting.
