A motion was made by Ald. Mike Chrisien, seconded by Member Marty Larson, to  
approve the minutes as amended. The motion carried by the following vote:

V. Landmark's Commission Paint and Repair Grant Funds  
Charlie Griffith provided an update on Paint and Repair Grant fund availability.  
VI. Old Business  
Landmarks Commission Paint and Repair Grant for 517 Madison St.  
Review a request for a grant to repaint the house (Madison Street Historic  
District).  
A motion was made by Member Marty Larson, seconded by Member Carmen De  
La Paz, to approve a grant in the amount of $2,925.00. The motion carried by the  
following vote:

College Ave. Review a request to replace the siding (College Avenue  
Historic District).  
Held at the request of the applicant.

Dr. Review a request to replace the roof (Caples Park Historic District).  
A motion was made by Member Carmen De La Paz, seconded by Member Matt  
Retzak, that this item be approved with the note that any change to roof  
materials will need to return for further review, and with a recommendation to  
the applicant to use caution in the installation process. The motion carried by  
the following vote:
