A motion was made by Member Kevin Reilly, to accept the sidewalk proposal for  
Silvernail Road as written. No second. Motion failed.  
A motion was made by Ald. Joe Pieper, seconded by Chairperson Steve  
Kassens, to direct staff to proceed with the sidewalk plan, replacing sidewalk  
from Sussex Lane east to join up with the existing sidewalk (and not do Sussex  
Lane, west) to recommended for approval. The motion carried by the following  
vote:
