8. Matter of Report

Director Damien provided an update on the trash and recycling contractor stating the new

garbage carts delivery has begun. To date, 5,000 have been delivered. The contractor

is working towards the south and expects to complete the city in approximately 5 weeks.

Reminder to residents to continue using the old carts until March 31.

A motion was made that the meeting be adjourned. The motion carried

unanimously.
