St. Review a request by Carroll University to demolish the non-historic  
Physical Therapy building at 245 N. Barstow St. and replace it with a new  
business school building (College Avenue Historic District).  
A motion was made by Member Marty Larson, seconded by Member Andrea  
Dorantes, that this item be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

award the John Schoenknecht Spirit of Preservation Award to Darron and Mary  
Lou Lillian of 323 McCall St., and to award the Landmarks Commission  
Certificate of Merit to Julie Stockinger of 132-134 W. Laflin Ave. and James  
Mathie of 242 N. Hartwell Ave. The motion carried by the following vote:

VII. Alderman's Report  
Alderman Chrisien noted that two new alders and a new mayor had been elected in April  
and thanked the Landmarks Commission in case this is his last meeting.  
VIII. Springs Report  
Staff noted that May 30th is a tentative date for the next Springs Cleanup.  
IX. Communications and Publications  
Staff noted that the WAHPC conference is happening in Sturgeon Bay April 23rd and  
April 24th in Sturgeon Bay and noted that a CAMP training will be held in Fond du Lac  
later in the spring  
X. Adjournment
