Revisions to Mun Code Chapter 11, regarding adopting certain crimes into  
the Municipal Code, setting penalties, illegal dumping, adding vaping to the  
definition of smoking, and unlawful use of 911 calls.  
The Revisions to Mun Code Chapter 11, regarding adopting certain crimes into the  
Municipal Code, setting penalties, illegal dumping, adding vaping to the definition of  
smoking, and unlawful use of 911 calls will be forwarded to the Common Council on April  
21, 2026 for a second reading.  
A motion was made by Ald. Halvensleben, seconded by Ald. Van Trieste, to  
recommend the revisions to Mun Code Chapter 11 to move on to Council for  
approval. The motion carried by the following vote:

A motion was made by Ald. Halvensleben, seconded by Ald. D. Lemke, to  
approve the Discussion and possible recommendation on AB-105 submitted by  
North Pillar Brewing Company for Waukesha Farmer's Market for May 2, 16, 30;  
June 13, 27; July 18; August 1, 15, 29; September 12, 26; October 10 and 24. The  
motion carried by the following vote:
