install signage and pavement markings for pedestrian safety improvements at the  
intersection of Hartwell Avenue and Linden Street. The motion carried by the  
following vote:

Sarah Risser, 131 S. James St., spoke on behalf of the WDBA regarding the event.  
A motion was made by Ald. Rick Lemke, seconded by Ald. Mike Anderson, the  
Street Closing and Special Event Permit Application submitted by Waukesha  
Downtown Business Association for the Scarecrow Stroll Event on Saturday  
October 11, 2025, from 11:00am until 5:00pm requesting to utilize parking spaces  
in Municipal Lot 1. The motion carried by the following vote:
