A motion was made by Alderman Wigderson, seconded by Alderman Manion,  
that the Invited Other Applications for Mayor's Restaurant for "Class B" Liquor  
License's amendment to include the building and north part of the lawn up to the  
sidewalk with a substantial enclosure not including the driveway or parking lot,  
be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:
