A motion was made by Ald. Rick Lemke, seconded by Ald. Mike Anderson, to  
approve the Minutes of January 5, 2026. The motion carried by the following

5. Discussion and Recommendation re:

Review and act on the Street Closing & Special Event Permit for Municipal  
Lot No. 3 for the House of Guiness.  
A motion was made by Ald. Rick Lemke, seconded by Ald. Mike Anderson, to  
approve the Street Closure Permit for Municipal Lot No. 3 for the house of  
Guiness. The motion carried by the following vote:

Review and act on the Street Closing & Special Event Permit for Municipal  
Lot No. 3 for Magellan’s.  
A motion was made by Ald. Rick Lemke, seconded by Ald. Mike Anderson, to  
approve the Street Closure Permit for Municipal Lot No. 3 for Magellan’s. The  
motion carried by the following vote:

Review and possible action on placing new street lighting along Marshview  
Street from west terminus at Silvernail Road to east terminus at Grandview  
Boulevard.  
Discussion ended when no motion was made. No action was taken on the item.  
Extend the no parking area on Wilmont Drive to include the area in front of  
301 Wilmont Drive.  
Chris Healy, 208 Wilmont Dr., in favor or extending the proposed no parking area on  
Wilmont Drive and westerly to the western property line of 401 Wilmont Drive.  
A motion was made by Ald. Rick Lemke, seconded by Ald. Mike Anderson, to  
establish the south side of Wilmont Drive from the western property line of 401  
Wilmont Drive to 25’ east of the driveway for 205 Wilmont Drive as a no parking  
zone. The motion carried by the following vote:

Create a no parking zone on the south side of Corporate Drive from where  
the road narrows to Venture Court.  
Discussion ended when no motion was made. No action was taken on the item.
