Review, discuss and act on the space and land use study completed for  
excess city hall land.  
A motion was made by Alderman Wells, seconded by Member Keller, that this  
Business item be recommended for Council Agenda. Motion to develop both  
parceks, with a timeline of six months to reach an agreement with the owner of  
parcel 2. The motion carried by the following vote:

VI. Approval of Minutes  
ID#21-2364 Minutes for the meeting of May 26, 2021 and June 2, 2021.  
A motion was made by Mayor Reilly, seconded by Member Montiho, that the  
Minutes be approved. The motion carried by the following vote:

A motion was made and seconded that the consent agenda item be approved.  
The motion passed unanimously.  
301 Blair Court, Certified Survey Map – A proposed one lot and two outlot  
CSM to allow the owner of 301 and 302 Blair Ct. to extend their rear yards  
into an unused portion of the East Sutton Condominium Association parcel.  
VIII. Business Items  
Plan Commission Consultation – Conceptual plan review of a proposed  
apartment project in downtown along Brehm Street between E. St. Paul  
Ave. and the Fox River.  
Plan Commission Consultation – Conceptual Plan Review of a proposal to  
locate a drive-thru coffee shop on a one acre parcel at the corner of River  
Road, Rapids Trail, and Raintree Lane.
